About the Internship
The students of the FOS have to complete a training of 20 weeks during their Secondary school period. The training takes place at the end of the 10th and 11th grades. The school year ends for these students at the beginning of May in order to start their practical work in different organizations where one works in one or more department. Students are given many tasks in which they have to apply what they have learnt in their school lessons. Through these tasks they not only gain a lot of experience but also establish many relations and expand their communication skills. This is why the FOS students walk out of this training as independent, mature and active members of the society.
The Internship Presentation day
The school organizes a day where the students present their company and talk about their own experience during the internship. The younger students are given the chance to ask questions and gather information about the internships in the different companies presented by the students. Answers to the students' questions help them decide where they want to be trained in. And the information is necessary because only through the student's efforts, connections and relations the training opportunities, they are interested in can be obtained.
